“New Year Reset pt. 2”

Continuing with the theme from the first class of the New Year, the focus is still on technique – specifically the bottom half of the Two Way Stretch.

By firing the Seat to reach down & away from the Strong Center one creates the opposition needed to support the Hips and create space in the Lower Back.

“Hand Weight Flow”

After slowing down throughout the first two weeks of January to review technique & reset the practice, we busted out the heat.  

This workout starts standing with Hand Weights to connect the Arms into the Back.

 From there we hit the Mat to challenge connections and flow through the work.
